FAQs
Warranty, maintenance and spare part if required?
Since construction projects are over a certain period, we offer a lease model where the complete solution is leased. It’s a service agreement where TokenMe provides the complete solution, including cloud data and processing (AI, warnings, alarms, reporting, dashboard, mobile app), for a monthly fee.
As a Solution as a Service, the operation, including hardware, batteries, network connectivity, is our responsibility. The pilot is typically invoiced as a fixed fee. We provide a local maintenance if needed.
Training and after sales service from TokenMe to ensure this system under control/supervise?
We will provide a local training as well as on-line support and a local technical support person.
Since most equipment are using battery, what happens if anchor and token run out of battery? will additional charge or rechargeable?
We monitor battery (and each product) status remotely (your project administrator will be able to monitor this as well). Batteries will be replaced and charged on time by the local support. Charging the anchors is easy by just plugging them into mains with a power adapter. Under the SaaS lease agreement, it is TokenMe responsibility to ensure uninterrupted operation.
How many tokens can be detected at a time? Is there any limitation for anchor? coverage for anchor for horizontal and vertical area.
The tokens use presence detection with UWB; an anchor can detect hundreds of tokens in a 30-50m diameter area. The anchors connect over a range of hundreds of meters, depending on the construction, to a LoRa gateway. Response time is typically set to 10s per anchor. In case more than 15 tokens are detected in one anchor cell, the response time reduces.
